Hi everyone! Linda (Whisper) invited me to take on this challenge because as a member of the 50 book challenge, I have gotten to know her and other 75 book challenge members on their threads. That brings me just about up to date and I'm almost to the end of #45. I've been fortunate in that since I've joined LT I've gotten so many good reading suggestions that I don't have many books that I've rated less than 3 stars. Not that many years ago I had many, many 1 and 2 star reads. I love LT.

Your list contains a lot of books mentioned here on the 75 challenge thread. I read many of the books you listed above. I agree with your five star rating of Zeitoun. I've heard many good things re. The Earth Hums in B Flat. Right now I have 25 library books checked out from my local library. After I read some of them and return them, I'll see if they have a copy of this book.

I was going to 'star' your thread, and I realized I couldn't find it...and then I worked my way back to this post...and I realized this is in the 2008 group, not the 2009! So THAT'S why I couldn't find you, lol!
Is there a way you could 'move' this thread to the 2009 group?
