Le prix Jean-Freustié est un prix littéraire français créé en 1987 par Christiane Teurlay-Freustié, seconde épouse de l'écrivain et éditeur Jean Freustié (1914-1983) auquel il rend mostra altro hommage, et ses amis notamment Nicole et Frédéric Vitoux et l'écrivain Bernard Frank1). Il récompense un écrivain de langue française pour une œuvre en prose : roman, nouvelles, autobiographie, biographie ou essai. Le prix est remis chaque année. La Fondation Prix Jean-Freustié, sous l'égide de la Fondation de France, a été créée grâce à la générosité de Christiane Teurlay-Freustié, sa fondatrice décédée en 2010. C'est ainsi que la dotation annuelle est de 20 000 euros. En 2012 les membres du jury du prix sont : Charles Dantzig, écrivain ; Jean-Claude Fasquelle, ancien directeur des éditions Grasset & Fasquelle ; Annick Geille, journaliste ; Henri-Hugues Lejeune, écrivain ; Éric Neuhoff, critique au Figaro et écrivain ; Anthony Palou, écrivain, éditorialiste Figaro ; Jean-Noël Pancrazi, écrivain, également jury du prix Renaudot ; Frédéric Vitoux de l'Académie française, écrivain ; Anne Wiazemsky, écrivaine. mostra meno
