There is probably nothing more foolish and arbitrary then a site where you can rate and catalog your book collection.
And look where I am now!
If you have stopped to read this and do not know already, I
read too much
analyze further
and criticize beyond measure.
This is neither what I own nor all I have read. It is closer to what I have remembered to put down. I have books scattered in five cities in two countries.
But most importantly I want to state that the rating and reviews I give should never, as many stop to do, be read as definite position. My ratings of the books express not how good the book was, but how much I enjoyed it. This is always effected by many factors more than the book alone.
Therefore, these reviews are not worth the kb's of the interent they consume.
And neither are yours. If you think otherwise, you are fooling yourself.
