In this anthology we have amazing authors that I am dying to read all of these short stories. So far I have read Heir of Sin by Holly Renee….

Heir of Sin:

This brief taste of Emilia and Mateo is so delicious you crave to know more. Emilia is in a difficult situation with her incredibly cruel stepfather but to get the freedom that she not only craves but needs she has to do a job for him. She is to get Mateo to fall for her so her stepfather can take that family down. Catching Lightning di Kayleigh King

This was my first sports romance and I didn’t hate it but I probably won’t read another unless it’s like AMAZING. I thought this story was very sweet and a bit unrealistic at the end but I enjoyed it!

I am sure there is an audience for this book, but it isn't me. The synopsis was interesting and the premise had good bones but the flow of the story was just off. I spent too much time rereading it to make it make sense. I stopped at 30%

Bloody Kingdom (The Crimson Crown, #1) di Kayleigh King

Good start to this series. There was more depth to the story than I was expecting. Quincy, the heroine, irritated me at times because her responses seemed immature at times but she did grow on me. I liked the mystery of Silas and loved his dirty mouth. The author did a great job keeping me invested in the story.

I will look forward to the continuation of Quincey and Silas later this summer.
