In this anthology we have amazing authors that I am dying to read all of these short stories. So far I have read Heir of Sin by Holly Renee….

Heir of Sin:

This brief taste of Emilia and Mateo is so delicious you crave to know more. Emilia is in a difficult situation with her incredibly cruel stepfather but to get the freedom that she not only craves but needs she has to do a job for him. She is to get Mateo to fall for her so her stepfather can take that family down. What Emilia wasn’t expecting was her intense connection and chemistry with Mateo, but with the way this short story ends we are left on pins and needles dying to see what will happen next. With each new book I read that takes place in Heston Lake, I fall in love with this fictional town even more. For the most part everyone is friendly, expect for Eve's ex-boyfriend. He was a coward the way he broke up with Eve. Eve is to better off without him as he is a douche.

As soon as Cole came into the picture, I feel in love with him again. Right away there was instant chemistry between Cole and Eve. So, it is no surprise that they both matched with each other on the dating app. Which I love their App usernames, CraftyCutie and MightyPuck.

Despite these two sharing chemistry, it was a slow burn romance. That is because they thought what they could become was forbidden. Once, they gave into their feelings, it was fast and furious. Ooh, they steamy goodness!… (altro)

I absolutely loved this book. I saw a lot of myself in Lainey. Being an introvert and bookworm, I prefer books better then to the company of big crowds. If you love he falls first romances with dashes of spice, then you need to pick up a copy of this book and score big!

There were times where Alex could have come off as cocky but instead, he came off as genuine. I loved that he was not afraid to show a more vulnerable side. It was not just the intimate moments that I could not get enough of between Lainey and Alex. Like the moment when Alex sweep Lainey's hair to the side and kissed her on the side of the neck...swoon.… (altro)
