Very informative, helpful introduction to freezing. Recipes are good, straightforward and complete, and include tips on how to freeze correctly, for maximum preservation of taste and freshness.

I think I will pass on this one. I picked it up thinking it was what I wanted but its not really up to what I wanted. Soy is way too common in our foods already.

Like all the book in Williams and Sonoma collection, this one has nice photos and some good solid staple recipes. It is not extensive or particularly inspired, but for a newer cook, the recipes and the book itself are not too overwhelming.½

The wish I cooked from it more often book! Includes the "Super Foods". My favorite recipe Page 135 - Lean Mean Chocolate Chili (I made with Venison).
