I love the bold tastes, balanced spices and the delicacy with which korean food is usually prepared and presented. And I'm totally addicted to kimchi. This book gives excellent credit to the korean table: its recipes are clearly explained, entertainingly introduced and expertly illustrated with mouth-watering photos. I liked the way the essential ingredients are introduced at the beginning of the book, and I loved the story behind the book, about how the two authors met. Great, yummy book.
