This has been a workhorse for us, with a bunch of good recipes and a fairly realistic estimate of how long they take. The recipes are significantly Americanized and can be overly bland, but are mostly quite nice (we make the tagine a lot for vegetarian dinners, but didn't like the curry with fruit much at all, still bland with the curry powder doubled).
