The Adoption Surprise by Zoey Marie Jackson can be summed up in one word: adorable.

Little Morgan and Mia stole the show once they meet. Jackson managed to give these two little girls distinct personalities while also showing their connection as twins (even though they are just now learning they are one in a set of two). And the healing that occurs with both Morgan and Kelsey when the Johnson family enters their orbit is wonderful.

Kelsey and Zach form a fast friendship for the girls’ sake, but when that grows to more, the progression is natural and believable. This is a book you’ll want to add to your tbr for so many reasons.

Also, please tell me that Kelsey’s besties are getting their own stories!
