Somewhere I read a review of this book which suggested that it was a humorous tale about a couple and their adorable cat. Frankly, I don't know how this book ever got published, and the editing was so atrocious as to be unbelievable. The author is not well versed in proper grammar, punctuation, or even knowing the correct spelling and usage of his words. To think that an editor let all of this stand as is was appalling to me and constantly detracted from the story, such as it was. It certainly wasn't centered on the cat, but rather on the escapades of the author and his wife (who I liked considerably better than him). Unfortunately, it appears there's going to be a sequel, which I will not be reading. ( )
