This is another wonderful board book by Rebecca Elliott. The pictures are large and colourful and the text is very simple. My grandson (30 month) loved this book. He made the noises along with the animals and kept talking about the pictures, "look at that ....". He loved the page with baby Jesus crying as it is just like his little sister crying and people telling her to Shhh. Not sure if the connection to the Nativity story, but he loved the book as evidenced by his comment "again, again". A cute beginning picture book for those little ones.
