It was written by a husband and wife.

Their last name came to me as I was falling asleep > Simonson (?)...went to Barnes&Noble in the morning
and found nothing under that name, so tried Simonton, then Visualizations & Creative Visualizations...then,
another night went by and I remembered "Carl," then FINALLY found O. Carl Simonton GETTING WELL AGAIN.

I'm glad you found it, but I do hope if you or someone you know is dealing with something like that, that the person is under care of a doctor and following their medical guidance as well.
