Im going to keep posting until someone answers lol, I am driving myself crazy trying to find this book PLease help!!!!!!! Added some more things that i remember in ().

I found this book at a thrift store in 2006 and I'm pretty sure it was published way earlier than that.
It's a historical romance that starts off with a girl that is being forced to marry an old lord/earl/duke by an evil guardian and she runs away, she is rescued by a handsome lord/earl/duke when she was being accosted by ruffians in an alley ( I think) somehow they decide to get married to protect her (all within a couple days) they end up falling for each other (they have sex i think immediately thats another reason he marries her) and he takes her to his home/estate/castle (they traveled by boat, everyone that works for him and some family greet them as the ship pulls in and he announces he has married) and when they get there everything is going smoothly until a red head that has been after the girls now husband for years and the red head convinces her that he doesn't love her and that he will be with her (evil red head) that they were suppose to be married. So the girl writes the earl/duke/lord a letter and runs away because she was hurt by what the red head had said. On her journey she meets a young woman (very funny down to earth sweet) that runs a hotel/inn/ out if her home (i believe she was left all alone after her father and brother died in a war) and takes her in and gives her a place to stay and befriends her. (Teaching her how to cook and do things the Heroine has never done.During this time she finds out shes pregnant) The two girls end up starting a small town and enlisting the help of the passerby's that come through the Inn (the setting is almost like an old western town a doctor comes through then Inn and ends up settling there and other useful people to help create the town). 3-5 yrs later (as i remember her daughter was around that age) the husband that has been looking for her the entire time has finally found her and finds out he has a daughter. He comes back and try's to win back the woman he loves (i remember he courts her coming to her room at the Inn, bringing her flowers and taking her out to the circus, because everything happened so fast we they first met he never got to court his wife) and the daughter he now has. He even hires a circus to come to the new town just for his daughter. The woman has never stopped loving him and finally takes him back after he explains that the evil red head was lying, lala happily ever after. I have been searching for this book for years! Please help! And thank you for reading!

Mrshendo, for future reference it's better to edit your previous topic than to create a duplicate topic -- that way no one reading this group would get confused over which topic they need to reply to.

I'm sorry I have no title suggestions for you! Hopefully your summary will ring a bell with someone else.
