Help - what is this book I have?

Several years ago I purchased a copy of Mao's Little Red Book in Chinese as something of a cultural curio. Or at least I thought I did. Recently, I was looking at the book more closely while cleaning up my catalog data and I found that the characters in the title are not what they should be. So I have a little red book in Chinese, just not The Little Red Book in Chinese.

So now I'm wondering what book I do have. The first three characters are the same so it's Chairman Mao's something. And with a little creative searching in WorldCat and I found what I think is the full title: 毛主席论党的建设. Google translates this as "Construction of the Party Chairman Mao." So, Chairman Mao on party building? Searching on the Chinese title just brings up a bunch of second hand book-sellers and auction sites in Chinese, nothing with a clue as to what the book is.

So has anyone ever heard of this work? Can someone provide a better translation of the title? Know of an English edition? Know anything about it?
