Little Pip the Caterpillar sees his reflection in a mirror and wonders what he will become. So the BusyBugz try to help him find the answer. Daisy Snail asks if he’s tried to grow a shell but Pip doesn’t want to live in the dark. Maybe, says Sarge the Ant, Pip should try marching . . . but marching is hard when you have so many feet. Will Pip become a Bee like Zed?

Buddy Beetle suggests, Pip could use his many feet to help hammer nails, oil creaks, and patch leaks. Twitch Grasshopper is too busy to make any suggestions; Pip’s efforts to fly cause Mayday to remind him that he is definitely not a dragonfly. All the BusyBugz suggest that Pip should ask Celeste Butterfly.

What will Celeste tell the little caterpillar?

Young readers are sure to be enthralled with these brightly-colored pop-up pages and the charming story about growing up. The gentle rhyming text and the amazing pop-ups on each page are sure to help make this a favorite of all young readers!

Highly recommended.

Cinderlily tells the story of a flower who wants to attend a royal ball that her sisters are invited to. Though her petals are wilted, her fairy godmother brightens them up, and she goes and dances with the Sultan. However, when she races home, a petal falls. The Sultan searches for her and finds her resulting in a happy ending.

Illustrations are photographs of actual flowers.

GENRE: Fairy Tale (magical element of the fairy godmother)
