The 'Quadrat-Prints' of Steendrukkerij De Jong were 'experiments on graphic art and design, fine arts, literature and architecture'. Printed in an edition 1.000. As a follow-up 'nu 2' by Sandberg was published in 1966. Copies are offered on the internet in February 2024 from Euro 40,-
A so-called 'Quadrat-Print' of steendrukkerij De Jong & Co, 'a series of experiments in printing ranging over the fields of graphic design, the plastic arts, literature, architecture and music.' An earlier version of 'nu' by Sandberg was published in 1959.
Stedelijk Museum catalogue nr. 262. Concerning the different kinds of paper this is one of the most beautiful designs by Sandberg. Moreover exceptionally red is used as a spot color on three pages and blue on one.
