A group of boys get quite the trick on Halloween, when they meet a man presumably the devil, who takes them on a journey to learn about the history of the day around the world. The trick? Their favorite friend Pipkin keeps dying or suffering ill fates as the boys keep trying to save him. The voices are perfection in this audiobook—especially the devil’s. The descriptions are mesmerizing and history interesting.
