Wonderful look at the Psalms. This will give one a "fresh" reading of the songs to the Lord.
If you have to ask what this book is about you probably aren't interested in it. It is believed to be the earliest writing of the teachings of the apostles.
A good resource book on early Christian thought and teachings.
