Hey y'all I'm hoping you can help even though I have minimal information on this book
So from what I remember, near the start the mc is doing experiments and blows something up and her parents decide they can't deal with it anymore and send her to a boarding school of some kind, I think that when they get there the headmaster shows her a basement like area with torture devices of some kind but I could be confusing that with another book. And the main characters name MIGHT be Ashley but I'm not 100% sure of that.
If it helps I think the cover was purple or pink with a tower or castle on it but ignore that if it doesn't apply, hope you can help me.
