I really enjoy books that move the characters forward emotionally... for better or worse I really enjoy the change. Kinda like Darth Vader in the Star wars series. I created http://www.comingofagebooks.com in support of this like for coming of age books.

I like to draw, paint, and read. Reading doesn't work out so well when I'm drawing and painting so I spend a large portion of my time listening to books, which really makes the experience even better because it's like I'm being read to while I draw and paint... almost like kindergarten. :)
