My library is eclectic, I guess. Was on a classics kick for many years, but lately my tastes run more to escapist fantasy or science fiction with a feminist bent. I enjoy a good mystery from time to time, and a bit of dry non-fiction/academic work to convince myself my brain's still mostly functional.

I'm a 20 something professional cripple (which does not pay well, at all). I live in the Midwest with my partner and our cat. Since our place is tiny, I've been slowly transitioning to buying books in electronic format. Mainly because of space, but also because a Kindle is much easier to navigate than a book when you've got limited hand function. When I'm not reading, I'm trying to remain engaged in disability activism.
