Hi! I am Alyssa Janine. My friends usually call me Aly or Shy. I was born on the 9th of February. I have been living in Makati City, Philippines since I was born. I am the second child of my parents. I started reading books when I was in my second year in high school, and until now, I am still a bookworm. I read any genre, but mostly, the one I always got to read are YA’s Fantasy, Paranormal, and Romance.

I created a book blog named Alys in Bookland, where I hunt the best and undiscovered books. I also give recommendation and more bookish posts like discussions and book reviews.
