This book tells the story of how one day Bob came home and he was literally kicked out of his own house by his wife because she didn’t want to be married to him anymore. He talks about how the law in his state that allowed for divorce of irreconcilable differences negatively affected his life. He warns the readers about the church that he and his ex wife had belonged to while they were still married to each other where his wife was encouraged to seek a divorce from him. Personally, this is just the completely wrong book for me. I lost patience very quickly with books centered on faith. I think it's an alright story, but I had to really struggle through it. From page one, I felt it was a bit preachy, but of course I know there's more to it than that. Other than that, I think it was well written and not overly long or too short. Job well done, it's just not the book for me.

This is poignantly written. I loved it. I've read The Longest Day and other books on World War II, but I had never read about the nurses at Normandy. Inspiring.
