Overall Opinion:
After reading the first book of the Greek Island Millionaires series, I was hoping this would be better but sadly enough it failed to meet my expectations. I didn't really feel the connection between Hannah and Sergei, and their relationship seem so rushed after kissing on the second day of barely getting nor speaking and a whirlwind romance ensues four months later. The writing style was good but not enough to keep me at bay. Sadly, this series just isn't for me.

Overall Opinion:
I didn't expect much from this and as usual I was right. There wasn't any real spark between the characters to keep me interested, the plot was rather dull and boring, and I found myself skimming through the pages to get to the 'good’ part which obviously never happened. Sadly enough this series was definitely not worth the time not effort to finish.

REVIEW:  A WIFE IN EVERY SENSE BY JOANNE WALSH

A Wife in Every Sense by Joanne WalshMy rating: 3.5 of 5 starsJoanne Walsh' story of unrequited love may not have been original but still was a wonderful read. It started off strong with characters that I found to be well developed and interesting. Further into the story the dialogue started to slow down and the story started to drag along. I received an ARC of A Wife in Every Sense in exchange for an honest review. Despite minor issues it proved to be a good read.View all my reviews

What a sweet story. I really loved the way each character grew into themselves, Danilo realizing that he could indeed love someone and Lucy becoming confident about herself. And man do I want to go to Italy after reading this book!

Kate is a good girl who wears her heart on her sleeve. Unfortunately a bad experience in the past makes her wary enough not to trust her heart again. That is the reason she can no longer work for Aleksei Aleksanou. After 3 years working closely with him as his PA she is aware that he would never reciprocate her feelings because Aleksei does not do relationships, forget being in a committed one. So she says farewell to her job to travel for a while but not before they fall in to bed one frantic and crazy night.

10 weeks later she's in his hometown on the small Greek island of Naxea and she's pregnant. Before she can blink, her purse is stolen and she is knocked into unconsciousness. When she wakes up in a hospital she realizes that her rescuer is none other than Aleksei and what a proposal he has prepared for her.

From there begins a series of tug of wars, back and forths, passion and sorrow. A test of endurance for Kate and the opportunity to have a family of his own for Aleksei.

This was just an OK read. I found the plot very predictable without anything new in the story line to make it interesting. What I did like very much about this one was the very descriptive writing style of the author. She was able to bring the Greek isle to life in my mind and take me on a great journey with her writing. Kate and Aleksei were great characters but their relationship just did feel as passionate as it could have. Again, not a bad read just nothing new.

A fun quick read in the Great Wedding giveaway series. Not my favorite of the series but an ok read. Some of the events in the story just aren't realistic.

Another fantastic holiday read! While visiting Venice that last person Ashlynne expects to see is her ex-husband Lorenzo. The attraction they still have for each other is intoxicating and it seems there may be hope for them after all. This is an excellent story of forgiveness, trust, and rekindled love. A truly great read I recommend to everyone.

This is an amazing collection!! I've read all of these and each one is completely entertaining. I highly recommend this set!

The Kidnapped Christmas Bride by Jane Porter - 5 stars - A wonderful read!! A story of forgiveness, hope, and love. I read this in one sitting because I just couldn't put it down. Kenna and Trey have a love so strong it has been able to survive the most trying times. But is it the love Kenna and her young son TJ needs?? Read this one and find out. You will be so happy you did.

Promise Me, Cowboy by C.J. Carmichael - 4 stars - This is a wonderful second chance story that will leave you smiling. Dawson O'Dell and Sage Carrigan. Five years is a long time but now Sage has to face Dawson again...in her town! And she's not happy. I recommend this for everyone! The characters are interesting and the story is heartwarming. I felt the ending was a bit rushed but overall a good read.

What a Bride Wants by Kelly Hunter - 5 stars - A fabulous tale of two people who accept each other as they are, never questioning, always supporting. A truly magical story. Highly recommended

The Bachelor's Baby by Dani Collins - 5 stars - I loved this story!! Loved these characters and their interaction feels very real. Great writing!! The Bachelor Auction definitely has things heating up in Marietta! Meg Canon and Linc Brady originally met when he stops to help her on the side of the road. When she jokingly gets him involved in the auction he is not happy and then when she starts bidding on him he's had enough! He doesn't want to owe her anything. When tempers die down and they start really talking he finds her incredibly tempting. Since she is only in town for a short amount of time, he offers her one night she'll never forget. He definitely got that part right, the baby definitely wouldn't let her forget!

Her Big Sky Cowboy by Alissa Callen - 5 stars - Fantastic read! Zane Nash has been dealt a tough life. Abandoned by his mother, an abusive father, and a girlfriend that ran off with his brother. So he's given up on life off his ranch except when it comes to his son Finn. For him he'll do anything. After Finn lost his mother he stopped talking. To help him Zane recruits local speech therapist Trinity Redfern to help him. Turns out she can help Zane too! This is a wonderfully written story that left me with a huge smile on my face.

Montana Maverick by Debra Salonen - 4 stars - A nice wrap up to the Big Sky Mavericks series. Meg Zabrinski has given up on finding "the one" and has decided to fulfill her lifelong dream of having a baby. She has sequestered herself away in her cabin to write her novel while her body gets ready for the IVF treatments. During a blizzard a helicopter crashes not far from her cabin and she sets out to see if she can help any survivors. She never expected to find her long time adversary Henry "Hank" Firestone and 4 small children. Once everyone is safely tucked away in her cabin it's difficult to resist the sparks that are flying between Meg and Henry. A relationship develops quickly but they seem to be at very different points in their lives. Will they be able to make it work??

A Sweet Montana Christmas by Roxanne Snopek - 5 stars - Loved it! This is a sweet story of a couple who have run into a rough patch in life basically losing everything and trying to find a way to make it through, together. Wonderfully written, it's a great story of hope of love for the holiday season.

Holiday at Magnolia Bay by Tracy Solheim - 5 stars - Loved this one! Great writing, great characters, and a wonderful story that made me smile. The banter between the H/h is great and you can't help but get pulled into the story.

The Unexpected Bride by Joanne Walsh - 3 stars - A fun quick read in the Great Wedding giveaway series. Not my favorite of the series but an ok read. Some of the events in the story just aren't realistic.

A very enjoyable read! When Danilo Spinozzi crashes his motorcycle in front of Lucy Luxton's family home, she is simply mesmerized by the incredibly sexy Italian. When they discover she will be going to Italy to study jewelry design in the same small town that Danilo resides, they agree to get together. When the people of the town see Lucy with Danilo they are quick to warn her to stay away from the town bad boy. Lucy doesn't see Danilo that way at all. Can she trust herself with this man, regardless of his past?? You definitely want to read this one and find out! I highly recommend it.

Christmas and second chances, what could be better?

I really loved reading Christmas in Venice, the whole setting was wonderful. Ashlynne and Lorenzo are nice characters to read about, and how they've dealt with (old)love, loss, and lies.. This is a nice holiday season read that will leave you smiling.
