Great mix of modern politics with a feudal spin.
A perfect read for in-between serious and dark novels heavy on existential problems.
Seriously, tho. Between A Royal Affair, The Cheating Bastard and The Virtu, I was losing my desire to read anything at all at least for the next couple of months.
The Tower of Fire is a fun story about a warrior mage and his four cats/familiars who saved a Prince in distress from a fiery death and his country from an invasion. Humorous and light. Hope for book 2 :)
