Death, Lies, and Vidtape is another Post-MegaWhoops campaign for the Paranoia roleplaying system, a series of adventure modules that take place in the computer-run dystopian future after a major system crash leaves Alpha Complex computer-less and, therefore, leaderless.

I'm not personally a fan of the Mega-Whoops campaigns, as removing one of the essential aspects of the Paranoia world's dystopian framework seems like an unnecessarily drastic change to make for the sake of breathing some new life into the game. With that being said, Death, Lies, and Vidtape is a decent addition to the Post-MegaWhoops storyline, with your intrepid out-of-work Troubleshooters becoming hired guns and stumbling into a complex of trouble when they sign up as bodyguards for a revolutionary leader who is attempting to unite all of the now-public secret societies. Previously underground societies becoming visible and engaging in turf wars is probably one of the few good ideas to come out of the MegaWhoops storyline, and this module utilizes to full effect.… (altro)
