This was an interesting and worthwhile insight into Musk’s life. Like many of these kinds of biographies about public figures who are still alive, it fell short on details sometimes - disappointingly even historical details that set the scene more in the early years. But still worth a read if you want to know more about the man, his approach to work, and his ambitions.
Vance has a gift for finding interesting people and getting them to open up for him. He had to do it over and over again for this book -- the cast of characters is amazing. The stories they tell of the government agencies and the companies that are revolutionizing space travel are fascinating
I'm convinced that inexpensive access to low-Earth orbit will be transformative. I'm confident it's one of the ways we'll address the climate crisis, with sensors and monitors and more. I bet we can't imagine the ways it'll be used, yet. Might be some more books to write about that.

Very good read. Gives a little peek into the life and achievements of the true superhero of our times. Extremely inspiring personality. Like the Walter Isaacson's bio of Steve Jobs, this gives a very balanced view of Musk.
