- Oneida Toups founded The Religious Order of Witchcraft on February 2, 1972 in New Orleans, LA. Along with running the Order Oneida ran a successful Witchcraft shop. Her book Magick High and Low was a small local publication that was sold directly from her shop. The book was mainly used as a manual for her students within the Order. Magick High and Low was Oneida Toup's only published book. It gives a good foundation for the serious student of folk magick, ceremonial magick and occultism. It was sold locally through her shop. While anyone was able to purchase the book it also acted as manual for students of The Religious Order of Witchcraft. This book is a must for any serious practitioners of magick and who are in service to the Spirit.
