A painful look at immigration, border crossing and how we handle it. Also has hope for this particular child and family. Would be good for a group read.

This book is complex, emotional, missional and most definitely worth reading in a small group It will cause debate. Hopefully, it will open hearts and eyes. I did not give five stars because I felt the author intentionally left out details when it did not serve her purpose. Otherwise, this book is for moms, Foster families, privileged white Americans, Christians, anyone interested in social justice.
