- Dr Robert E. Stansfield-Cudworth is a British Archivist, Historian, and Composer of Welsh, Irish, Scottish, and English origin, whose research focusses on government, identities, family, local, and regional history, and Celtic Studies. His orchestral works include concerti and symphonic poems. He studied at the universities of Lancaster, Copenhagen, and Aberystwyth, and taught medieval and early modern History at Lancaster where he was Tutor, Associate Lecturer, and Honorary Research Fellow. A member of numerous societies, he is a Fellow of the Academy of Higher Education.
