've finished reading through the book. The epitaths seem for the most part to be fairly straight up in their messages.

My favorite of the lot is:

Here Lies
in a horizontal position --
THOMAS HINDE
Clock and Watch maker

Who departed this life wound up
in hope of being taken in hand

thoroughly cleaned repaired and
