A rundown of the various types of Special Ops military units currently in service with the U.S. Armed Forces. Contains some very yay-rah-rah type stuff, but a pretty good look at a lot of different kinds of training in a very small package. Somewhat notable for the fact that the authors apparently had no idea that "Apocalypse Now" was based on the worst book in human history, "Heart of Darkness" by Joseph Conrad.
