A useful book, in theory, but some of the recipes use a lot of expensive ingredients or just aren't suitable for cooking on the sorts of cookers you get in university accommodation! I think it'll be more useful when I've got a proper cooker and there aren't six people fighting for two hobs. Has some good things, like a glossary of exactly what each cooking term means.
