Amazing miniature book talks about diet and exercise, then demonstrates dessert and snack choices. If you choose correctly, you can have a lot of food for the same calorie value as a much smaller amount of the wrong food.
He really lost control over himself when writing this follow up to the best how to eat book ever - Picture Perfect Weight Loss. Get the first one and do not ever get this one. He has lowered his tone to all the other weight loss books out there and is advising all sorts of things he specifically warned against in his first book. The first is excellent. His cookbook is also quite good. But this book is not good. It's all marketing.
