State-of-the-art in 1962, and still very good for facts about the Gloster Meteor up to 1962.

Owning more than fifty books and publications about this aircraft I can be pretty crisp about this one: All colour illustrations have earlier been used elsewhere, and almost all photographs are badly reproduced, mostly very hazy. Only of value to those who have nothing or little about the Hurricane. The same author can do much better, see e.g. his classic book about the Spitfire, Spitfire: The History
