Anne E. Schwartz is a veteran print and broadcast journalist, author, and international criminal justice strategic communications advisor and adjunct professor at the National Criminal Justice Training Center. The only reason I'm not giving this one star is because it's not unreadable, but if you're looking for a book that's mostly about Jeffrey Dahmer and NOT about reporting/reporters/police/race relations, this is not the book for you.
