A well-researched book book on the beginning and growth of the Stone-Campbell movement in Oregon (1843-1881. Many details are also provided in the end-notes. An interesting section, "Oregon Christians," provides a thumbnail sketch of several hundred of the early pioneer families. A wonderful resource for persons interested in the Stone-Campbell religious heritage.
