Just the thing for the home dungeon. Author Erik Rühling was dissatisfied with grainy, black and white pictures of antique torture equipment, so he made meticulous 3D renderings of things like The Scavenger’s Daughter, The Scold’s Bridal, and the Judas Cradle (just the devices, no people. I suppose you could photoshop some in if you like that sort of thing). Mr. Rühling’s motives are perhaps best left unexamined; he notes in Acknowledgements “There’s a surprising number of people out there in the world interested in this sort of thing. I promise not to reveal your names.”
