This reference book is steeped in history, culture, and wine knowledge all weaved into a compelling story. Rosano's layout makes for a perfect reference book, and I never knew how many Italian winemakers exist in the States. To understand the impact Italians had on the evolution of winemaking in America, this is a must read. Besides when you pick it up, you won't be able to put it down.
