Helen P. Rogers

Helen P. Rogers is a fourth generation Californian and the mother of five sons. She attended Smith College in Massachusetts, the University of Cincinnati in Ohio as well as the University of California at Berkeley. She holds degrees in both philosophy and law and has been active in various real estate forums since 1961.
Ms. Rogers is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of the California Real Estate Association, The Real Property, Estate Planning and Tax Planning Sections of both the American Bar Association and the California State Bar, The Institute of Certified Financial Planners, The Estate Planning Council and The Commonwealth Club of California. She has also held membership in the Federalist Society, Toast Masters International and The International Platform Association.
She has been involved with public policy issues over the past twenty-five years and has developed alternatives to many current government policies. She has appeared on several television stations around the country and been a guest on more than a hundred radio talk shows across the nation. Her biography has been published in the World Who's Who of Women, International Whose Who of American Women, Who's Who in California, Who's Who in the West, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, Who's Who in America and Who's Who in the World.
