The New American Bartender's Guide di John P. Poister
One of my favorite bartender's guide. Lovely history of many spirits. It's probably a bit outdated, but this is the place to find any classic cocktail and also a bit of the history of many cocktails.
Title says it all in this house - fireman, cook, pyrotechnician
