Having laid out the sexual harassment and other bullying they experienced in the first volume, this conclusion to the series details the author's road to recovery, from self-examination through their manga and talks with friends to talk therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Most prominently, they also confront and engage in dialogue with their abuser.

It's an interesting journey bravely shared.

A look at sexual harassment and bullying from the perspective of a nonbinary person. It gets heavy, with lots of sexism, self-loathing, bulimia, self-harm, and depression, but it does make note of some progress, such as it is, over the decades.

The author jumps frequently between their childhood, twenties, and thirties, and some time periods are more interesting than others, but the stories kept my attention throughout.

nonfiction/graphic memoir - nonbinary (and possibly ace spectrum) manga artist deals with the trauma of sexual harrassment and body dysphoria in Japan. (part 1 of 2) TW: gender dysphoria, sexual harassment, self-harm, purging/anorexia, PTSD.

this is an extremely traumatic story painstakingly rendered into graphic format, effectively conveying the artist's emotional and psychological states. A difficult subject, but so very well done--hopefully it brings some level of benefit/comfort to other trans/NB/harassment victims as well as to the author/artist.
Note that there is a statement on the colophon (copyright page) that says "The stories, characters, and incidents mentioned in this publication are entirely fictional" but otherwise the work is understood to be a (partly fictionalized?) memoir depicting the author's own experiences, with names changed/obscured.

This was very interesting. This manga is a memoir. It’s the story of the author and her sexual-harassment, and how it affected her life. How issues when she was younger held on into adulthood. This wasn’t just about one instance of sexual harassment as a young adult, but the sexual harassment of women and girls, or those who appear to be women, or a girls, most of their life. This was not an easy read. The author left all their thoughts and feelings in the panels. And while the story didn’t end since it is a volume one, I did find the story interesting. However, I don’t think I want to read anymore. Not because it wasn’t good, but because there are leftover questions, I felt like the author told us everything they needed to.… (altro)
