I like this as it is a hardbound comb binder style book so it lies flat on the counter while cooking. There are lots of varieties from soups to appetizers to desserts to main meals, and of course pastas. There are no photos, but that doesn't make any difference to me. The recipes are easy to follow without a bunch of odd ball hard to find ingredients.
