The story book is not great, as with so many Disney readers. But it was great fun with the playmat and the 12 figurines so you could place the characters around 100 acre wood.

Kids will get more joy out of the generic Hundred-Acre Wood playmat and the ten figurines included in the back of the book. The Piglet and Roo figures are particularly small and pointy, really earning that CHOKING HAZARD warning on the cover. It's weird that a book best enjoyed by toddlers comes with toys they cannot play with.
(My Pooh Project: I love Winnie the Pooh, and so does my wife. Having a daughter gave us a chance to indoctrinate her into the cult by buying and reading her every Pooh book we came across. How many is that? I’m going to count them this year by reading and reviewing one every day and seeing which month I finally run out. Track my progress here:
