This is an absolutely GORGEOUS book. My god, Moises went all out with the color and the fun hairstyles. It kind of reminds me of Hair Love (another lovely book,) I would actually say this is a bit of an evolution of the concept.

Stella is looking for the perfect hairstyle for a special event. She visits each of her aunties until she discovers her perfect hairstyle. It has a great flow and vibrant color. I really loved the section in the back about different styles based on the environmental conditions of each planet. It was such a sweet touch. The only critique is that I wish we had gotten a better view of Stella's final hairstyle. Otherwise, it's a lovely book.… (altro)
