Una non-storia che non riesce neanche a creare la più piccola sorpresa e che procede soltanto in base a un irragionevole senso del sacrificio della protagonista che vi si immola per un insano senso del “meglio soffrire oggi piuttosto che domani anche se, in realtà, non so se domani dovrò soffrire”.
Meglio farne a meno.

This was my first book by Christy McKellen. It is a light, fun story with likable characters that people can relate to. The pace was perfect for keeping things believable and interesting. Great for a quick afternoon read.

Wow! Lovely romance that fueled my imagination.
It’s an easy reading heart warming story that let me dream of a holiday in South of France with handsome Connor. This is a wonderful story about life as it is, acceptance, emotions, regrets and hope. It has many funny moments, ups and downs; all in all it’s an entertaining book.
This is the perfect reading for those who are adventurous and believe in true love.
I also liked the “pocket format” of the book, which allowed me to take it with me in a holiday trip.

Set in England: A woman healing from a breakup has a hot affair with her brother's best friend when a contrived situation threw them together, the hero is of course a rich, sexy, and never-paid-her-any-attention-until-now kind of guy. Afterwards, they need to figure out a way to make the relationship work beyond the short-term.
