Studying Religion: An Introduction di Russell T. McCutcheon

The main explanatory section of the book is short and rather unremarkable. If you are only dipping your toe into the exciting world of the classifications and methodology of religious studies, you may learn something new. However, the book has a truly impressive and helpful glossary, and an even more impressive and helpful section of notes on the major scholars of the field, both historical and contemporary. I probably wouldn't re-read the book as a non-fiction narrative, but I know I'll keep it on hand as a quick go-to reference in the future.… (altro)
