Kitty Margo

This was a fun book. I would be interested to see another. It was funny and different. The main characters were in their mid 50's which was a fun twist. It opened up a new world and point of view that I don't see to often in book as most main characters in the books I read are 30's and under. I loved the life and spunk of these ladies. The mystery itself however was not in my favorites. The book didn't even focus on the mystery until the last fourth of the book. For that I'm afraid I did have to mark it down 1 star. Still a fun book that I would recommend.… (altro)

Lynna's was portrayed as a spoiled, rich little brat when Joshua first heard of her. She was to be his companion on the journey from France to America where he would deliver her safe and sound to her Aunt. But little did he know that this burdensome girl would be an innocent young woman who knew nothing of the worldly ways of the world. Lynna however learned fast and everywhere she turned she seemed to learn the hard way. Constantly betrayed by those she thought loved her or were to be her friends.
