This has to be one of the most comprehensive yet easily accessible books on mediation out there. Really I cannot recommend this enough. I have been meditating for over 20 years now and this book helped me understand why I do certain things, what other techniques I can use to deepen my practice as well as what to do when the invitable dry spell arrives, and all without force.
