The alternate-universe JLA was interesting, but I wouldn't spring it on anyone not familiar with the real thing.
Definitely PG-13 for language & violence.

The Batman & Nightwing badinage is okay, the plot (such as it is) is standard comic fare. Definitely PG-13 language, pulchritude, and violence.
In the end, all's well that ends well, but they did a terrible job of getting there.

Lex Luthor becomes president, and Superman doesn't like it.

I've got to learn to stop renting these things. They're just ruining super heroes for me.
